Uprev does not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties for monetary consideration. Therefore, we do not offer an opt-out for sales of personal information.

• Charge you different prices or rates

• Sufficient information to verify your identity

Verification Process

We will verify your request by:

• Confirming Shopify store ownership through Shopify's authentication
• Email confirmation from the registered store email address
• Matching provided information with our records

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. Authorized agents must provide:

• Written permission signed by you
• Proof of their identity
• We may also require you to verify your identity directly

Response Timeline

We will respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days of receipt. If we require more time (up to an additional 45 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.

Financial Incentives

We do not offer financial incentives or price differences in exchange for the retention or sale of personal information.
