Common Issues

App not showing in checkout
  1. Verify the app is installed and active in your Shopify admin
  2. Check that you have enabled the checkout extension in Settings > Checkout
  3. Ensure your theme supports checkout extensions
  4. Clear your browser cache and try again
  5. Contact support if the issue persists
Orders not syncing
  1. Check that all required permissions are granted to the app
  2. Verify your Shopify store is on an active plan
  3. Look for any error messages in the Uprev dashboard
  4. Try disconnecting and reconnecting the app
  5. Contact support with your store domain for investigation
Email notifications not sending
  1. Verify email notifications are enabled in Uprev settings
  2. Check that the customer email address is valid
  3. Look in spam/junk folders for test emails
  4. Verify your email domain is properly configured
  5. Check the email logs in your Uprev dashboard
Upsells not displaying
  1. Ensure you have created and published upsell offers
  2. Check that products in the upsell are in stock
  3. Verify the upsell rules match the customer's cart
  4. Test with a different browser or incognito mode
  5. Review analytics to confirm impressions are being recorded
